Pilates

A stretch and flexibility class based on the work of Joseph Pilates, emphasizing support of deep-lying abdominals, muscular balance and joint articulation. The muscles are strengthened and elongated without creating bulk.

Helps teens increase flexibility and develop body awareness while having fun and developing healthy habits that will last a life time.
Barrel Class: Spine Corrector
Barrels of fun..... a small piece of equipment to bend and stretch and support the body through all planes of motion - extension, flexion, rotation, and lateral flexion. This amazing apparatus will take your Mat work to a 3-D world; gaining better body awareness and over all health of the spine. Be prepared to feel your center quiver and the heat radiate through every fiber of your body while learning how important breath can bre when finding flexibility, strength and length in the spine.
Smooth
Cellulite can be reduced through foam roller exercises on different parts of the body. Foam roller exercises massage areas and break up the interwoven fat fibers. They increase the flow of nutrient rich blood to these areas. It also helps to stretch connective tissue and improve circulation. this enables the body to expel abnormal fluid retention and toxins. During rolling exercise, lymph flow may increase as much as 10-15xs!!!!
Mommy and Me Pilates Style

Bring Baby along for this class and learn how to return to your pre-baby body. The emphasis of the class will be deep abdominal strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening and postural awareness.

- The foam roller not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissues adhesions, scar tissue, and cellulite.
- By using your own body weight and a foam roller you can perform a self-massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues.
- Foam rollers are inexpensive and with a bit of experimentation you can target just about any muscle group!

"Big Ball" Pilates
This exciting new Pilates class incorporates a fitness ball to add additional versatility and effectiveness to your workout.
ZUMBA
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and dance combinations. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do". the routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Yoga is widely recognized for promoting all-around health and body function, including boosting your immune system, improving blood circulation and relieving stress. Great for everyone at any age, yoga can help stregthen bones while stretching and toning the body. Focused on the foundations of hatha yoga and recommended for all levels, this slow flow class will help lay or strengthen the building blocks of your practice, with props and modifications available to make the poses work for you. Come with a open heart and open mind to smooth out your body and create balance in your workout routine and life. All levels welcome.
Body Sculpting / Ballet Barre
No holds barred in this workout session devoted to abdominals, buttocks, hips & thighs. With use of light weights to tone and add definition to arms, shoulders & back.
